Last weekend the Varsity cheerleading team brought home a first-place win in D2, and second place overall, after competing at the Tewksbury High School cheerleading invitational. Along the side of JV who won 3rd place in the junior varsity division. After a week of practice and preparation, the Billerica Memorial Highschool Cheerleaders then came back this weekend to host their competition, Think Pink. In honor of breast cancer awareness month, over 30 teams attended this weekend to perform, and help raise money for a cause. The competition consisted of two sessions while JV opened the show, and Varsity closed it out with an exhibition of both routines. A huge thank you to everyone, who helped the whole production come together, and it all wouldn't have been possible without head coach Nicole Viselli.
